Prices
All prices are final. Included of tax, duty or import fees if applicable. No additional charges will incur.
Free shipping
We offer free international shipping to organsk®SMILE members.
- As an organsk®SMILE member, please redeem your smiley code on the check-out page.
- You can sign up for membership by clicking on the green tab in the lower right corner.
Non-members will be charged delivery cost.
Delivery
- USA & Canada: 2 to 4 days.
- Scandinavia: 1 to 2 days.
- Europe: 2 to 3 days.
- Australia: 3 to 7 days.
We ship the products the same day if the order is received before 1 pm CET/CEST, except weekends and public holidays. Packages are, under normal circumstances, delivered within 2- 5 weekdays.
Packages are shipped with GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS and then through local shipping services in your country of residence.
- The jeans are packed and shipped in recycled paper bags, made of 100% recycled paper.
Returns
We offer free returns & exchanges for our Smile Members who live in the following countries/regions:
- USA
- EU
- UK
- NORWAY
- AUSTRALIA
- CANADA
→ You can exchange/return the product free of charge once.
→ You are welcome to use the same packaging or packaging of same size. Additional charges may apply if the package exceeds the dimensions of the original package.
If you are not a member or live in a country that is not listed above, you need to pay for the return/shipping cost.
- Our return window is 14 days.

The item(s) must be in their original condition with no wear marks and with all labels still attached.
Refunds are issued to your payment method on file once an item is received.

Claims
If you have received a faulty or defect product, please send an email to hello@organsk.com containing pictures of the defect. Remember to include your order number.

You get access to your personal customer panel where you can track all plans and payments.

organsk®LIFE + JOY is available in selected countries and will gradually be enabled to more locations.
Price

Free Shipping, Swapping & Returns
Shipping, swapping, exchanging and returns are free of charge.
Are the jeans new?
Yes! With organsk®LIFE + JOY you will always get brand new jeans.
Can I keep the item(s)?
Absolutely! You can buy the jeans at a membership price. Contact us at hello@organsk.com.
How do I swap to new jeans?
That's easy
- 1) You log in to your account.
- 2) Press manage subscription.
- 3) Browse and select new product(s).
- 4) We will ship the new product(s) within 1 to 2 days.
If you haven't created an account yet, you can create one using the same email you used to subscribe to the plan. Or you can make a link request for your membership account by contacting us, and we will send you the link the same day.
- Optional:
Once you select new product(s), you will receive an email with a link to book a return pickup, free of charge.
When can I swap the item(s)?
You can swap or choose new pair of jeans once per year, as long as the membership is active. It is up to you if you wish to swap the jeans or keep and choose an additional pair.
What types of items are included in a membership?
All styles are included. It is one price for all, depending on the package you choose.
Is there a lock-in period?
organsk®Life + JOY are prepaid monthly memberships. You are signing up for a minimum period of 6 months. The membership will automatically renew and continue on a monthly basis until terminated by the Member.
Returns
Cooling-off period: 14 days of the delivery of the product(s).
Returning the product(s)
- All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. You can also use your own packaging.
- We will provide you with a shipping label, free of charge.
- Pack and send back the product(s), no later than 14 days after withdrawal confirmation.
- You can exchange/return the product free of charge once.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your membership, send us an email to:

Returning the product(s)
- All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. You can also use your own packaging.
- We will provide you with a shipping label, free of charge.
- Pack and send back the product(s), no later than the expiration of your then-current Billing Period.
- If the product is not received by the end of your then-current Billing Period, the Membership Service will be renewed, and you will be charged the Membership fee until we receive the product(s).
The membership renewal may be terminated by email to cancel@organsk.com, no
later than 1 week before the expiry of the membership period.
You can view your renewal date or manage your subscription settings at
any time through Your Membership page. You can also change your payment method

Nordic Swan Ecolabel
We offer denim certified by the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries, is one of the world's toughest and most recognized environmental certifications. Being approved for the Nordic Ecolabel is a long process that requires a great amount of documentation. Products certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel contribute to a reduced climate impact, transparent supply chain and are safe for us and better for the planet.
GOTS
We carry GOTS certified products. GOTS, the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic textiles defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire supply chain of organic textiles, including strict ecological and social criteria. It is the world's toughest and most recognized environmental label for organic textiles. A product earns the GOTS label only if it goes through GOTS certified operators at every stage. A GOTS labelled textile must be manufactured and processed in GOTS certified buildings.

We are transparent with our processes with others, setting the standard for this practice amongst all fashion brands.
We have every denim fabric ingredient certified and recognized as 'better for the environment' to the highest possible standards to underpin our ORGANSK® approach.

Circular
We have chosen to substantiate our circular concept with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, GOTS and Vegan certifications, as it is our guarantee that the entire process around production lives up to the ethical guidelines we associate with ‘more’ sustainable production - along with leasing and upcycling concepts that we associate with sustainable consumption.
Organic Cotton & Recycled Fibers
At ORGANSK®, we only work with 100% certified organic cotton and recycled fibers.
- No conventional fibers are used in ORGANSK® products (Except small amounts of elastane, a lightweight, synthetic fibre that is used to make stretchable clothing.
