Are the jeans new?

Yes! With organsk®LIFE you will always get brand new jeans.

Can I keep the jeans?

Absolutely! You can buy the jeans at a membership price. Contact us at hello@organsk.com.

Can I exchange the jeans?

Absolutely!

If you wish to exchange the jeans due to wrong size or fit, send an email to:

  • hello@organsk.com
  • You can exchange/return the product free of charge once.

Returning the product(s)

  • All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. You can also use your own packaging.
  • We will provide you with a shipping label, free of charge.
  • Pack and drop off the product(s) at the nearest UPS access-point.

When can I swap the item(s)?

You can swap or choose new pair of jeans ever 6 months.

How do I swap to new jeans?

That's easy

  • 1) You log in to your account.
  • 2) Press manage subscription.
  • 3) Browse and select new product(s).
  • 4) We will ship the new product(s) within 1 to 2 days.

If you haven't created an account yet, you can create one using the same email you used to subscribe to the plan. Or you can make a link request for your membership account by contacting us, and we will send you the link the same day.

  • Optional:

Once you select new product(s), you will receive an email with a link to book a return pickup, free of charge.

What types of items are included in the membership?

All styles are included. It is one price for all, depending on the package you choose.

Duration

organsk®Life is a prepaid monthly membership. You are signing up for a minimum period of 6 months. The membership will automatically renew and continue on a monthly basis until terminated by the Member.

Returns

Cooling-off period: 14 days of the delivery of the product(s).

Returning the product(s)

  • All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. You can also use your own packaging.
  • We will provide you with a shipping label, free of charge.
  • Pack and send back the product(s), no later than 14 days after withdrawal confirmation.
  • You can exchange/return the product free of charge once.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, send us an email to:

Returning the product(s)

  • All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. You can also use your own packaging.
  • We will provide you with a shipping label, free of charge.
  • Pack and send back the product(s), no later than the expiration of your then-current Billing Period.
  • If the product is not received by the end of your then-current Billing Period, the Membership Service will be renewed, and you will be charged the monthly Membership fee until we receive the product(s).

Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements between you as buyer and ORGANSK® has taken place.



Membership plan: Services (organsk®LIFE + JOY)

The subscription will remain active until cancelled. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Lock-in periods may apply.



Cost of the Services

We may charge you to access and use certain parts of the Services. We reserve the right to modify or waive fees required to use certain parts of the Services. You are solely responsible
for: (a) the fee for any Services that you order and that are not cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, (b) the price of any products that are not returned in accordance with our policies, and (c) any late fees accrued by you due to late or lost items.

Membership Services

If you purchase a Membership Service, the subscription fee (“Subscription Fee”) will be the then-current applicable subscription rate (including all applicable taxes and fees) listed on the Membership Service on the date that you sign up for such Membership Service. You will be charged the applicable rate on a recurring yearly basis, and you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method (as defined below) the yearly Subscription Fee on a recurring yearly basis. ORGANSK reserves the right to alter the Subscription Fee, availability of certain Membership Services, or availability of any particular item at its discretion and without notice.



Duration

The membership is a prepaid monthly membership. You are signing up for a minimum period of 6 months. The membership will automatically renew and continue on a monthly basis until terminated by the Member.


The membership renewal may be terminated by email to cancel@organsk.com, no later than 1 week before the expiry of the membership period.
You can view your renewal date or manage your subscription settings at any time through Your Membership page. You can also change your payment method and address information.



Marketing

By signing up for our Subscription Plans, you give us the right to contact you via e-mail services and keep you updated of any offers or changes including pricing fees, availability of products, cancellation receipts etc.



Return and Swap

We’ve made returns super easy! All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. When you're ready to return or swap for something new – log in to your account and swap to a new product. Then send back your item(s) in the packaging provided. We will ship the new product(s) once your package arrives.

ORGANSK Packaging

With each delivery, Organs provides a pre-paid, pre- addressed shipping label that can be used to return the product with easy instructions pertaining the return.


Payments Authorization and Recurring billing

While subscribing to memberships, you hereby authorize us to charge your payment card or any other payment method for the Membership Fee. You must ensure that your payment card is always valid. You, as a customer are required to provide accurate and complete billing information. You are required to notify ORGANSK on any changes in the payment
method. Your payment method will be charged the amount immediately upon your order.


Your non-termination or continued use of a Membership Service reaffirms that we (and/or our Payment Processor) are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Membership Service. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance or as otherwise described when you initially selected to use the Membership Service.


If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, your Membership
will be cancelled.


• How Recurring Billing and Auto-renewal Work


When a customer chooses a subscription plan, it may consist of an initial period for which there is an initial charge, followed by regular recurring period charges as agreed by you via our “Membership Plans.” You will be charged the current applicable rate (inclusive of taxes) on the “Billing Date” or the date that you sign up for such a Membership Plan. There will be automatic charges to your payment method or automatic renewal, during each month unless the subscription is paused or cancelled by you. These automatic renewals will be on the then current applicable rate. These charges will occur yearly on or about the same date as your “Billing Date”, unless if your billing date does not exist on a particular month due to a pause, you will be billed on or around the end of the month. The duration between each “Billing Date” is referred to as a “Billing Period.”

As of your first “Billing Date,” the Membership Plan will be available to you and your account will remain active. An active account will be automatically subjected to subsequent billings on each billing date via your payment method unless cancelled or paused by you.


By choosing our Membership Plans, you accept the recurring billing process and take responsibility for all recurring challenges prior to cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with the “Receipt Of Cancellation.” Although the cancellation will not affect any charges that have already been submitted or are in the process of being submitted.



Breach of contract

Failure to pay (You must ensure that your payment method is updated, any changes must be recorded with ORGANSK to avoid any inconveniences due to failure of payment.) or timely return a Product is a violation of our Terms. We may terminate your Account, charge your Payment Method for Late Fees, and/or take other legal action.

6. Duration of retaining personal data.

At ORGANSK we actively remove inactive customers. We keep personal information for five years to comply with legal provisions.

At Organsk we take all measures to keep your personal information safe via technical security measures to avoid unauthorized access, manipulation, destruction of personal data etc.

8. Newsletter

If you no longer wish to receive any marketing emails, please click the Unsubscribe link included in the bottom of every newsletter we send.

As a customer, you have the following rights:
