organsk® jeans are crafted from certified organic cotton and recycled fibers. Utilizing organic cotton helps minimize the environmental impact right from the outset of producing a pair of jeans. Our GOTS certified organic cotton is grown without any toxic chemicals or genetically modified seeds. It has a low impact on the environment. Organic farming leaves the soil fertile for other crops to support farmers’ food and income. It promotes biodiversity, and is better for you and the planet. Conventional cotton, on the other hand, relies on chemical-intensive methods. These chemicals have a profound negative influence on air, water, and soil. As extremely toxic substances, they heavily impact the health of people in cotton-farming regions. As our organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, it has a softer feel and is less likely to cause skin irritation than conventional cotton.
