Prices
- EU

Prices exclude taxes, duties, or import fees, where applicable. Additional charges may apply and will be collected by the courier according to the laws of your country of residence.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your country of residence
Delivery
- Europe: 1 to 3 days.
- USA & Canada: 1 to 3 days.
- Scandinavia: 1 to 3 days.
- Australia: 3 to 7 days.
We ship the products the same day if the order is received before 2 pm CET/CEST, except weekends and public holidays. Packages are, under normal circumstances, delivered within 1 - 3 weekdays.
Packages are shipped with GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS and then through local shipping services in your country of residence.
- The products are packed and shipped in recycled paper bags.
Returns
- organsk® returns and exchanges
We make it easy and convenient for you to return and/or exchange your order.
Any return/exchange claim must be submitted within 14 days following the delivery of the product(s). The product(s) must be unused and sent in their original condition (packaging, card, etc). Make sure to have your order number at hand – it can be found in your order confirmation.
We offer free exchanges for same styles. If you e.g. require a different size, please contact us at:

If you instead wish to return the product, the following conditions apply.
- Returns & Refunds
Refunds are issued to your payment method on file once the item(s) is received, minus the standard return shipping cost.
→ You’re welcome to contact us to use our pre-paid shipping service/labels. You may reuse the original packaging, as our packaging is designed to be reused, or any packaging of the same size. Please note that additional charges may apply if the package exceeds the dimensions of the original packaging.

- Return policy
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your purchase(s) to notify us of a cancellation, followed by 14 days from the date of notification to return the unwanted purchase(s).
The item(s) must be in their original condition with no wear marks and with all labels still attached.
We do not accept returns, if the returned product:
• Is not in new condition.
• Smells of perfume or other strong odor, or has been exposed to smoke.
• Has been washed or used.
• Has been exposed to animal fur.
• Has not been properly packed for return shipping.
The standard shipping fee applies when the original or a similarly sized package is used. Additional charges may apply if the package exceeds the original dimensions.

We strongly advise you to save the tracking/parcel number and receipt of submission in case it might be needed at a later stage. If you are eligible for free returns, you must use our pre-paid shipping services/label(s). If you opt to return item(s) at your own, the cost will be covered by you.
- Customs, Duties, and Tariffs
Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or tariffs that may apply to orders shipped outside the EU. If a package is held by customs and the required fees are not paid, the customer assumes full responsibility. This may include additional shipping or return costs if the package is returned or becomes undeliverable. Any customs fees or duties may be deducted from the customer’s refund if the product is returned due to being undeliverable.
In the case of a return where organsk® has covered the tariff on the customer’s behalf, the refund will be issued minus the customs and tariff fees as well as the shipping cost.

Exchanges
We support direct exchanges for the same style(s). If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at:

All customers are eligible for FREE exchanges
→ Items may only be exchanged once for a different size.
We are not able to support exchanges for a new style. In this case, please return the product and order the desired style separately in a new order.

Free Shipping, Swapping & Returns
Shipping, swapping, exchanging and returns are free of charge.
Are the jeans new?
Yes! With organsk®LIFE + JOY you will always get brand new jeans.
Can I keep the item(s)?
Absolutely! Your jeans are yours until you're ready to swap or return them for upcycling.
How do I swap to new jeans?
That's easy
- 1) You log in to your account.
- 2) Press manage subscription.
- 3) Browse and select new product(s).
- 4) We will ship the new product(s) within 1 to 2 days.
If you haven't created an account yet, you can create one using the same email you used to subscribe to the plan. Or you can make a link request for your membership account by contacting us, and we will send you the link the same day.
- Optional:
Once you select new product(s), you will receive an email with a link to book a return pickup, free of charge.
When can I swap the item(s)?
You can swap or choose new pair of jeans once per year, as long as the membership is active. It is up to you if you wish to swap the jeans or keep and choose an additional pair.
What types of items are included in a membership?
All styles are included. It is one price for all, depending on the package you choose.
Is there a lock-in period?
organsk®Life + JOY is a prepaid yearly membership. You are signing up for a minimum period of 1 year. The membership will automatically renew and continue on a year-to-year basis until terminated by the Member.
Returns
Cooling-off period: 14 days of the delivery of the product(s).
Returning the product(s)
- All shipments arrive with a reusable paper bag to send your items back. You can also use your own packaging.
- We will provide you with a shipping label, free of charge.
- Pack and send back the product(s), no later than 14 days after withdrawal confirmation.
- You can exchange/return the product free of charge once.

The Membership service is a prepaid yearly membership. You are signing up for a
minimum period of 1 year. The membership will automatically renew and continue
on a year-to-year basis until terminated by the Member.
The membership renewal may be terminated by email to cancel@organsk.com, no
later than 1 week before the expiry of the membership period.
You can view your renewal date or manage your subscription settings at

We carry GOTS certified products. GOTS, the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic textiles defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire supply chain of organic textiles, including strict ecological and social criteria. It is the world's toughest and most recognized environmental label for organic textiles. A product earns the GOTS label only if it goes through GOTS certified operators at every stage.
