Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. All products are sent from Copenhagen, Denmark, and orders received before 2 PM CET/CEST are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Under normal circumstances, deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days.
Packages are shipped with GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS and then through local shipping services in your country of residence.
The products are packed and shipped either in recycled cardboard packaging or in packaging made from other recycled materials. Our packaging is designed to be reused.
Expected delivery times:
EU: 1 to 3 weekdays
- Prices include all taxes.
US: 1 to 3 weekdays
- Taxes/Customs applied at checkout.
Norway: 1 to 3 weekdays
- Prices include all taxes.
Australia: 2 to 7 weekdays
- Prices include all taxes.
International: 2 to 7 weekdays
- Prices exclude taxes, duties, or import fees, where applicable. Additional charges may apply and will be collected by the courier according to the laws of your country of residence.
