Returns
organsk® Returns
We make it easy and convenient for you to return your order. Refunds are issued to your payment method on file once the item(s) is received.
Any return claim must be submitted within 14 days following the delivery of the product(s). The product(s) must be unused and sent in their original condition (packaging, card, etc). Make sure to have your order number at hand – it can be found in your order confirmation.
We offer direct exchanges for same styles. If you e.g. require a different size, please contact us at:

We offer free returns and exchanges for our Smile Members who live in the following countries/regions:
- USA
- EU
- UK
- NORWAY
- AUSTRALIA
- CANADA
→ You are welcome to use the same packaging or packaging of same size. Additional charges may apply if the package exceeds the dimensions of the original package. If you are eligible for free returns, you must use our pre-paid shipping services/label(s).
→ If you are not a member or live in a country that is not listed above, you need to pay for the return/shipping cost.

Return policy
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your purchase(s) to notify us of a cancellation, followed by 14 days from the date of notification to return the unwanted purchase(s). In total you have 28 days from the day after your items are delivered (or someone receives the items for you) to change your mind and return the item(s) back to us.
The item(s) must be in their original condition with no wear marks and with all labels still attached.
We do not accept returns, if the returned product:
• Is not in new condition.
• Smells of perfume or other strong odor, or has been exposed to smoke.
• Has been washed or used.
• Has been exposed to animal fur.
• Has not been properly packed for return shipping.
Claims
If you have a faulty or defect product, please send an email to hello@organsk.com containing pictures of the defect and your order number.
