Terms of service - organsk®SHARE
These terms of service are in conjunction with general terms and conditions, please see here: Terms and conditions.
Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements between you as buyer and ORGANSK® has taken place.
Subscription plan: Services (organsk®SHARE)
The subscription will remain active until cancelled. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Cost of the Services
We may charge you to access and use certain parts of the Services. We reserve the right to modify or waive fees required to use certain parts of the Services. You are solely responsible for: (a) the fee for any Services that you order and that are not cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, (b) the price of any products that are not returned in accordance with our policies, and (c) any late fees accrued by you due to late or lost items.

If you purchase a Membership Service (organsk®SHARE.), the subscription fee (“Subscription Fee”) will be the then-current applicable subscription rate (including all applicable taxes and fees) listed on the Membership Service on the date that you sign up for such Membership Service. You will be charged the applicable rate on a recurring monthly basis, and you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method (as defined below) the monthly Subscription Fee on a recurring monthly basis. ORGANSK reserves the right to alter the Subscription Fee, availability of certain Membership Services, or availability of any particular item at its discretion and without notice.
Membership services can be availed for an unlimited period of time and can be annulled with 15 days’ notice.
By signing up for our Subscription Plans, you give us the right to contact you via e-mail services and keep you updated of any offers or changes including pricing fees, availability of products, cancellation receipts etc.
Return and Swap
We’ve made returns super easy! All shipments arrive with a prepaid return label and a reusable paper bag to send your items back. When you're ready to swap for something new – log in to your account and swap to a new product. Then send back your item(s) in the packaging provided. We will ship the new product(s) once your package arrives.
• 1) You log in to your account.
• 2) Press manage subscription.
• 3) Press Swap product.
If you haven't created an account yet, you can create one using the same email you used to subscribe to the plan. Or you can make a link request for your subscription account by contacting us, and we will send you the link the same day.
With each delivery, Organsk provides a pre-paid, pre- addressed packaging that can be used to return the product with easy instructions pertaining the return.
Terminate and return the product
• Lock-in period: This is a monthly subscription plan, and can be annulled with 15 days’ notice.
You may terminate your Membership Service (“Cancel”) at any time with 15 days’ notice. If you Cancel your Membership Service, you may use the Membership Service until the end of your then-current Billing Period and your membership will not be renewed after the expiration of your then-current Billing Period. You must return all Products in your possession in accordance with these Terms no later than the expiration of your then-current Billing Period. If the product is not received by the end of your then-current Billing Period, the Membership Service will be renewed, and you will be charged the monthly Membership fee until we receive the product.

• Late Fees
Failure to timely return a product is a violation of our Terms, and the Agreement entered with you when you apply for the Rental Service. Failure of return before the expiration of your current billing period authorizes us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method, a non-refundable monthly fee for the month/ months, that we do not receive the product.
• Lost Items
We do not take accountability for any personal items left in the product or packaging that is returned to ORGANSK.
If you believe you have left a personal item accidentally, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may help but are not required to assist in locating any such item.
Use of the Products
• You agree to treat the products with care.
• Our rental plan covers normal wear and tear.
• Normal wear and tear include stuck zippers, frayed or weathered edges, light stains.
• Any loss or damage to the products due to theft, fire, major stains or rips, and or mysterious disappearances is not covered in ‘normal wear and tear.’ Any returns of products damaged beyond ‘normal wear and tear’ is considered a negligence by the customer, wherein he/she will be charged for repairs or replacement of the product, authorized by us or our third party payment processor up to the original retail value or comparable value of repair.
Payments Authorization and Recurring billing
While placing a rental with ORGANSK, you hereby authorize us to charge your payment card or any other payment method for the Rental Fee. You must ensure that your payment card is always valid. You, as a customer are required to provide accurate and complete billing information. You are required to notify ORGANSK on any changes in the payment method. Your payment method will be charged the amount immediately upon your rental order.
Your non-termination or continued use of a Membership Service reaffirms that we (and/or our Payment Processor) are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Membership Service. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance or as otherwise described when you initially selected to use the Membership Service.
If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.
• How Recurring Billing and Auto-renewal Work
When a customer chooses a subscription plan, it may consist of an initial period for which there is an initial charge, followed by regular recurring period charges as agreed by you via our “Membership Plans.” You will be charged the current applicable rate (inclusive of taxes) on the “Billing Date” or the date that you sign up for such a Membership Plan. There will be automatic charges to your payment method or automatic renewal, during each month unless the subscription is paused or cancelled by you. These automatic renewals will be on the then current applicable rate. These charges will occur monthly on or about the same date as your “Billing Date”, unless if your billing date does not exist on a particular month due to a pause, you will be billed on or around the end of the month. The duration between each “Billing Date” is referred to as a “Billing Period.”
As of your first “Billing Date,” the Membership Plan will be available to you and your account will remain active. An active account will be automatically subjected to subsequent billings on each billing date via your payment method unless cancelled or paused by you.
By choosing our Membership Plans, you accept the recurring billing process and take responsibility for all recurring challenges prior to cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with the “Receipt Of Cancellation.” Although the cancellation will not affect any charges that have already been submitted or are in the process of being submitted.
Breach of contract
Failure to pay (You must ensure that your payment method is updated, any changes must be recorded with ORGANSK to avoid any inconveniences due to failure of payment.) or timely return a Product is a violation of our Terms. We may terminate your Account, charge your Payment Method for Late Fees, and/or take other legal action.
